Kelley Irwin is a Senior Technology Executive focused on people and delivery excellence. She has a track record of consistently achieving business value by implementing technology solutions. She has expertise in bringing the right talent and capabilities together to form high performance, business-focused technology teams that produce tangible financial and speed to market results and consistently achieves high employee engagement results.
Kelley has established a "Passion and Quality Framework" that delivers work packages with zero code defects and a "Five in Five" scorecard that keeps the team focused on results.
Kelley is currently Vice President, Technology Solutions at TD Bank Group. She leads a virtual team of over 700 people in Canada (Toronto, Mississauga, London) and India (Bangalore, Chennai, and Pune) and manages an annual project development budget of $95 million. Her team includes employees and global delivery partners focused on application development, testing and technical environments to support Retail, Card, and Business customers of the bank. TD has more than 19 million customers worldwide and 82,000 employees.
Prior to joining TD Bank, Kelley held roles as Senior Vice President of Application Services at Symcor processing 200 million customer payments and 675 million statements annually, and Vice President of Global IT Services at Sun Life Financial where she led technology teams across Canada and five countries in Asia.
Kelley started her career as a developer, loves technology, and has expertise in building teams from the ground up focused on measurable results.
She regularly mentors students, participates in roundtable discussions on achieving work-life blend, and speaks at University events to champion careers in technology. She also champions women in technology through participation with the ONCWIC and Communitech organizations.
